We’re excited to welcome Cortneay Rothen as the newest member of the Elevate team! Cortneay joins us as Director of Business Development, where she’ll bring her deep experience to lead growth efforts in multifamily, hospitality, workforce and student housing, and education construction projects across California and Arizona. She will collaborate with the existing members of the West Development Team, Peter Staver and Jessie Cosgrove.

The California native and Cal Berkley graduate will lean heavily on her industry experience as living spaces, hospitality, and education projects demand more than just structural performance – they require thoughtful design, flexibility, and scalability.
With over a decade of experience in the building materials and design industry, Cortneay brings a powerful blend of strategic sales leadership, deep product knowledge, and a passion for design. Her background includes senior roles at Dal-Tile and Stone Etc., where she consistently exceeded revenue goals and built lasting partnerships with developers, general contractors, architects, and designers. Cortneay’s ability to introduce innovative materials and scale market presence makes her a perfect fit to introduce the Alpha Framing System to new verticals.
