VILLA RICA, GA – May 27, 2025 – Elevate Structures is thrilled to announce the expansion of its national sales team through the addition of Brittany Damper and Jessie Cosgrove who will serve as the East and West National Sales Directors, respectively, focused on developing industry relationships within Elevate’s recently expanded verticals of multifamily, hospitality, student housing, and education construction across the U.S. Additionally, both new National Sales Directors will serve as an Elevate point of contact for architects and specifiers in the industry, providing an enhanced level of technical expertise to this important professional segment. This strategic hiring move underscores Elevate Structures’ commitment to expanding its market presence and bringing its proven Alpha Framing System to new customer segments where efficiency, scalability, and repeatability are critical.

Brittany Damper brings nearly 10 years of experience in the AEC industry, specializing in building solutions. Her impressive track record includes managing key architectural accounts across multiple regions, driving specification growth, and developing strategic market plans. Brittany’s expertise in mentoring sales teams, building strong client relationships, and delivering technical expertise will be instrumental in advancing Elevate Structures’ mission to provide innovative and reliable solutions to clients. Her recent role as an Architectural Specialist at Garland Company saw her managing and cultivating key relationships with architects and engineers, overseeing project mock-ups, and presenting CEU-accredited sessions. Brittany’s ability to expand brand presence through industry engagement and tailored solutions makes her a valuable asset to the team.
Brittany, National Sales Director for the East, will be responsible for the following states: Alabama, Arkansas, Connecticut, Delaware, Florida, Georgia, Illinois, Indiana, Iowa, Kentucky, Louisiana, Maine, Maryland, Massachusetts, Michigan, Minnesota, Missouri, Mississippi, New Hampshire, New Jersey, New York, North Carolina, Ohio, Pennsylvania, Rhode Island, South Carolina, Tennessee, Virginia, Vermont, West Virginia, and Wisconsin.
Jessie Cosgrove joins Elevate Structures with more than a decade of experience in outside sales, with a strong focus on architectural sales and building relationships with architects, developers, and design firms. Known for her consultative selling approach and fostering client trust, Jessie has a proven record of delivering AIA-accredited presentations, securing product specifications, and driving market growth. Her recent tenure as an Architectural Sales Representative at Engage Building Products involved delivering technical product demonstrations, developing a robust network of architectural and design professionals, and representing the company at trade shows and industry events. Jessie’s expertise in designing and executing high-impact event plans, training programs, and outreach campaigns will play a crucial role in enhancing Elevate Structures’ brand visibility and client engagement.
Jessie, National Sales Director for the West will be responsible for the following states: Alaska, Arizona, California, Colorado, Kansas, Idaho, Oklahoma, Oregon, Montana, Nevada, Nebraska, New Mexico, North Dakota, South Dakota, Texas, Utah, Washington, and Wyoming.
