Elevate Structures Welcomes Luke Long

Luke Long Welcome

We’re excited to welcome Luke Long to the Elevate team as Business Development Manager for the Central Region. Luke will lead business development efforts for our Pre-Engineered Metal Building (PEMB) solutions across Texas, Oklahoma, Arkansas, and Louisiana, helping customers identify smarter, more efficient building solutions while expanding Elevate’s presence throughout the region.

“I’m excited to join Elevate because of the opportunity to be part of a company that’s investing in growth, innovation, and its people,” said Luke. “The employee-owned culture, customer-first mindset, and commitment to providing the right tools for success made this an easy decision. I look forward to building new relationships and helping customers solve complex construction challenges.”

Based in The Woodlands, Texas, Luke brings more than 20 years of experience in commercial construction, metal building systems, and business development. Most recently, he served as District Sales Manager for Whirlwind Steel Buildings & Components, where he consistently ranked as the company’s top producer in new business development while managing relationships with developers, general contractors, architects, and engineers across the Central territory.

Luke’s consultative sales approach, deep understanding of the construction industry, and extensive regional network make him well-positioned to support customers throughout the project lifecycle. His ability to uncover opportunities, build trust, and deliver long-term value aligns perfectly with Elevate’s customer-focused approach.

“Luke’s experience, industry relationships, and proven ability to develop new business make him an outstanding addition to our team,” said Nigel Kreft, VP of Sales at Elevate. “His knowledge of the Central market and passion for serving customers will help us continue expanding our presence while delivering exceptional value to our partners.”
